If you are a new customer you need to register. Please follow all the steps for the order by clicking “continue”. Input or check the information needed as well as billing and delivery addresses, shipping choice and costs and method of payment.

The delivery time for products in stock is 1-3 business days, for delivery within Europe it can take 2-5 business days.

Delivery costs within Great Britain:

  • 7.95 £ GBP — for orders below 51.00 £;
  • 0 GBP — for orders over 51.00 £.

When ordering bulky items to the amount exceeding 51.00 £, the delivery cost is discounted by 50%.

The above-mentioned terms do not apply to the express or international delivery.

Sometimes your order might be split into several packages arriving on different days. If you should receive an incomplete order anyway, please contact our customer service.

Unfortunately, no. We process and ship each order as fast as possible.

Cancellation is not allowed for food that has been opened.

Also prohibited for returns are perishable products like frozen food and living cultures, special order items and products that can’t be reused under a medical hygienic view.

Please contact our customer service first and give them a heads up. Then send the merchandise back to us. After we received and checked the merchandise we will refund you. For more information please refer to our terms of service.

You will receive your money back immediately after the merchandise has been received and checked by us. As a rule of thumb this usually takes 2-4 business days.
